I guess we've all been there - the perfect dinnerdate, the perfect evening and then, somewhere in the haze of candlelight you make the fatal error - you mention the 'R' word!

Your date looks stunned, then terrified, then breaks the date you've just made for the following night as (s)he suddenly remembers they've sold their house and don't live near you any more!

The cause of this disrupted love-life - your 'R'ottweiler. Strangely enough, it seems not everyone likes them!

One of our list members has had a really great idea - why not have a Personals Section on a Rottweiler site. If you're here because you love the Rottweiler as much as we do then we already have something in common!

So, to bring together all the single Rottie folks looking for some romance in their lives, we now present...............'Rott-n-kids Personals.'

The form at the bottom of the pages may be used to either submit an ad or respond to one - if you're responding please remember to include the ad number!

If you're submitting an ad it may be safer to use a 'throwaway' web address and if you do decide to meet up with anyone please remember to exercise extreme care. It is always advisable to meet in busy, public places and do not give personal addresses, phone numbers, etc until you are satisfied that your new friend is genuine.

All ad entries are submitted to me in the form of an email and the address you give in the form will be the one I will forward replies to. No email addresses/names etc will be placed in ads on the page - just a number as a reference for the ad.

Please remember this is a public forum and word your ads accordingly. I reserve the right to refuse ads that I consider would be generally found to be offensive. If you respond to ads in a similar fashion they will also not reach the advertiser.

All ads will be read by only me before being posted, and all replies will also be screened before being passed on to advertisers.

With these basic safeguards in place hopefully we can now get Rottie folk together ;-)

I have placed a single box on each page for your adverts rather than a multi-question form, as I feel personality may come across better, but you may leave as little information as you are comfortable with. But, for anyone new to this, you may wish to consider including your age, occupation, interests, and some idea of your location. As we share a basic interest in Rottweilers you might also include your favourite Rottie activities - showing, herding, etc.
